All on-chain actions are executed directly by your own wallet. SOLTokenLab facilitates the interface only — we do not custody funds, hold tokens, or control smart contracts.
Platform fees are collected in SOL at the time of token creation on mainnet. All fees are clearly displayed before you sign any transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on-chain.
Affiliate commissions (25% of platform fees) are distributed automatically and on-chain to the registered referrer wallet at the time of token creation. We have no ability to reverse or modify these payments after confirmation.
Nothing on SOLTokenLab constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Token creation is a technical service. The existence of our platform does not imply endorsement of any token project or investment strategy. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals.
You may not use SOLTokenLab to create tokens that:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLTokenLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost funds, failed transactions, or token value loss.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
