SOLTokenLab ("we", "our", or "us") operates soltokenlab.com. This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site — pages visited, session duration, referral source, and device type. IP addresses are anonymized by Google before storage.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is transmitted to our internal Slack workspace and is not stored on our servers.
Wallet addresses. If you use the affiliate link generator, your Solana wallet address is included in the referral URL you create. We do not store wallet addresses on our servers.
When you create a token or add liquidity, all transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain via your own wallet (Phantom). We do not have access to your private keys or funds at any time. Transaction data is public and permanently recorded on-chain.
We use cookies only through Google Analytics for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Contact form data in our Slack workspace is retained according to our Slack plan limits. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. We do not maintain any other database of user information.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us via the contact page.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
